Upload your Enrollment File.
It must have the following columns:

ACCOUNT_NBR, ACCOUNT_NAME, ACCOUNT_ADDRESS, ACCOUNT_ADDRESS2, ACCOUNT_CITY, ACCOUNT_STATE, ACCOUNT_ZIP, ACCOUNT_COUNTRY

Note: this utility should only be used for Slim enrollments.
